It looks small from the outside but it is very big. Located on two floors. The upper part is more focused on the household stuff from furniture to accessories. The downstairs is more focused on men's, women's and children's clothing including all the various accessories.

Please train your staff on return policy. I returned a full order with the 14days for which I paid standard delivery charge, but the cashier refused and laughed and said that in the many years that she has worked at TKMaxx that she has never heard of it. FYI this is fully stated on your site and also may need to brush up the consumer contracts regulation 2013

The Best TK Maxx in London, amazing prices , brand clothes and shoes also have a floor for home , Homebase which is amazing, good quality stuff and you can find everything you need. Highly recommended!

I am in the store while I am writing this. Unfortunately I don’t have any days off so I managed to get here just one hour before closing. I specifically came to buy 2 of the Neom pods I saw online. I only found one so I went to the till to ask if someone can check the stock. I’ve been told by 2 people that they cannot do that. I find this hard to believe as I used to work in retail.

I have seen some negative comments about my favorite shop in Greenford. Definitely not true, as every time I’m shopping there I have the best experience! All personal are very nice and helpful in Homesense, want to mention Daria and Victoria, all guys downstairs are very quick and kind, best shop in London!

The staff in Greenford is very nice, especially Mary from the shoes department, we want to special mentioning her, she was amaizing and helped us a lot, being very patient with us and helping with our decisions as we bought several pairs for both men and women. She is amaizing and definitively a keeper! On the other hand, we were a bit disappointed at the till, at check out, as the girl there, I believe her name is Daria, she was not nice at all, she made a lot of strange faces at us, she was also a bit rude when we asked her a price for a pair of men trousers, her way of dressing we think is not professional at all since she was showing a lot of body parts, and definitely she should smile more. She didn't asked if we had a treasure card nor saying thank you for the purchase as we were customed,but throwing bad looks and disgust at us,which left us with a sour feeling. But, yeah, special mentions to Mary, she saved the day for us, and also saved your reputation!
